I just received the paperwork to fill out from Forrist Lytehaause. I am hoping that our son Nathan 5, qualifies. Nathan is on the Autistic Spectrum and is very aggressive at time towards his brother and sister. We feel that vaccines have played a major role in his development/ASD. Hopefully he gets selected and more accurately the treatment works!
