To apply for the study send the following information to the study coordinator.

• Contact information: Name, address, phone
• Child's name and birthdate
• Brief description of child's asd and treatment history

After receipt, you'll receive an email with additional information and a copy of the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) and the Pervasive Developmental Disorder Behavioural Inventory (PDD-BI).
